Hiring Manager, don't be afraid to hire people with ZERO experience
In a survey, 6% of employers said they would hire someone with no work experience.
Sometimes, employers find a person who seems perfect for
the job, but they have no experience. This is good news
for new college grads or those changing careers.
Having no experience doesn't have to be
seen as a bad thing.
It means more opportunities for everyone.
1. Hiring new people is a chance to help them grow and build their career.
Candidates who want to learn and grow they get bored
without new challenges. Helping someone find their
dream job is rewarding and makes the team better.
It's a win-win when everyone works together to
build a great team culture.
2. Working at a new job is exciting for people starting their careers
If the company has a good culture, it's even more exciting for them.
