🚨 Instagram’s Security & Support Are a Complete Disaster! 🚨
Imagine spending 2 YEARS building your Instagram business profile, showcasing your work, and growing your brand—only to have it hacked in seconds, and Instagram does NOTHING to help. That’s exactly what happened to my Business Instagram account .
đź”´ My account was hacked.
đź”´ The hacker changed my email.
🔴 I NEVER received a login or security alert—even with 2FA enabled!
🔴 I reported it immediately, but Instagram’s "support" is a joke.
I took every possible step to recover my account:
📩 Emailed Instagram Security & Support at [email protected] & [email protected] multiple times—NO response.
🔍 Reported through Instagram’s Help Center—NO solution.
📑 Opened cases on Meta Support Home (Case ID: 1664425794506152 & 109859038578247)—they called me TWICE just to say, "We can't help."
⏳ It’s been 25 DAYS, and NOTHING has been done.
HOW can a hacker change my email without me receiving a single alert?
WHY is Instagram ignoring hacked accounts while pushing useless AI-generated replies?
WHAT is the point of two-factor authentication if Instagram’s security can be bypassed this easily?
I have proof that belongs to me—matching content across multiple platforms, business records, and emails. Yet, Instagram refuses to help.
Instagram, you push ads and engagement metrics, but when a loyal business loses its account, you DO NOTHING. How do you justify this negligence?
