Amazon recently announced a new FBA inventory capacity management system to help sellers better plan and manage their inventory and supply chain. The system will provide sellers with greater capacity limits, predictability, and control to help them grow their business.

The new features include:

βœ… A single, month-long FBA capacity limit to make it easier for sellers to plan their inventory procurement and manufacturing.

βœ… Estimated capacity limits for the next two months to help sellers plan over a longer time horizon.

βœ… The opportunity to request a higher limit based on a reservation fee, with requests granted objectively.

βœ… FBA capacity limits measured in cubic feet to better reflect capacity usage in fulfillment centers and transportation vehicles.

The new capacity management system will go into effect on March 1, 2023, and will be announced via the Capacity Monitor in Seller Central and an email notification. With this new system, sellers can better plan and manage their inventory and supply chain, and stay ahead of the competition.

IMPORTANT FOR NEW & EXISTING PL/BRAND OWNERS

I've been part of this community since 2018 When Giveaways were trending. trend changes as Amazon Update Algo we move to Influencer Marketing and that performed well. Somehow I got the opportunity to move to PL/BRAND Personal Store (Shopify/Woocommerce).

HOW TO SET UP THESE STORES IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS.

You've already purchased a domain for your launch TRY to make an authentic BRANDED STORE e.g ENBY, Urban Society. If a developer is asking for an extra $50 for that look no worries it'll make you tons of $50 near future.

Setup your Social Profile with great Social Proof HOW the NEW PAGE WILL GET SOCIAL PROOF? Run Engagement and Likes Campaign and also send those traffic to your Instagram Profile. Getting These Likes and Social Proof will cost you unexpectedly cheap if you're doing it right.

Get your creatives ready but when you're on creative ex*****on take a piece of paper and write down 4 features and 4 Benefits once you're done with that NOW go for creative on Basis of those written things.

If you're PL/BRAND OWNER and not taking leverage of your personal store it means you're relying on someone else oxygen and leaving tons of Hassle-free sales and money on the table for your competitor.

"WALMART" an UNTAPED Market

Hello everyone today I'm sharing my new WALMART SELLER CENTRAL account experience and going to compare it with AMAZON DS.

The store was approved in Feb 2022 before we were hustling in approvals as Q4 just passed and WALMART stop their approval in Q4 but somehow we cracked "HOW TO GET WALMART APPROVALS" Started with 1 store it take around 2 weeks to pass the account approval process.

Make sure you have a Legit business appearance online before applying for WALMART STORE.

Started working on this account in March and scaled this account to $35,000 in his first month without any limitations on the listing or limited listing which we should consider on AMAZON when you're on a new account.

March:
WALMART: $35,000
AMAZON: $1500

Where we were getting straight 43% ROI on the WALMART account on the other hand Amazon was producing 28% barely as it's new and we were moving forward securely.

April:
WALMART: $50,000
AMAZON: $8000

Last Month WALMART sales we expeditiously high without anything we've to bother on WALMART that account will be restricted or anything and on AMAZON Section 3 hype was on its peak and AMAZON was after all the DS sellers.

We're gradually shifting our accounts from AMAZON to WALMART due to the relaxant selling process. WALMART Account Approvals are started again :)

Conclusion: WALMART approvals are hard to GET but once you got it. your smooth WALMART DS journey will be started.
