Job Title: Call Center Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our products and services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Introduce our products and services to prospective customers and explain the benefits of our offerings.
3. Close sales and meet or exceed established sales quotas.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and promote additional products or services as needed.
5. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
6. Meet and exceed established performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and sales.
7. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on products, services, and sales techniques.
8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure sales goals are met and exceeded.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to privacy and security.
Qualifications:
1. Matric, High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
2. Freshers and experienced in a sales or call center environment preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales quotas.
6. Ability to work night shift and 5 days a week.
7. Must be able to pass a background check.
Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month. Plus Daily, Weekly and Monthly bonuses.
