We are looking for a seasoned and diligent hiring manager to oversee the expansion of our team in the United States. The hiring manager should identify contemporaneous and prospective openings, interview suitably qualified applicants, and ultimately extend job offers to the strongest candidates. You will also be required to promote retention by formulating orientation and mentorship plans for each individual.
To be successful as a hiring manager, you should be personable with a flair for negotiating and decision-making. Ultimately, a top-notch hiring manager will devise strategies to build Capacity in exceptional candidates who lack a few preferred skills.
Responsibilities
โข Manage the recruitment and selection process
โข Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward Company goals
โข Discuss Salary & benefits with the shortlisted applicant and negotiate salary and benefits.
โข Develop and administrate human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
โข Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
โข Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
โข Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
โข Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in coordination with relevant line managers.
โข Prepare analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
โข Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
โข Develop different Workforce Analysis Reports, such as turnover analysis, hiring analysis, attendance, and leaves.
โข Prepare HR Productivity reports, identify areas of improvement, and develop training plans accordingly.
Requirements
โข Degree in Human Resources or related field
โข Proven working experience as a hiring manager or a recruiter.
โข People-oriented and results-driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
โข Knowledge of HR systems and database
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
โข Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
โข In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
โข Capacity to mentor and develop new hires.
โข Job Type: This is Full-time office-based work. Company working hours 09AM TO 05PM (EST TIME)
