Job Description:

We are looking for the right candidate who can manage diverse administrative functions for Call Center and excel in over achieving our sales targets.

Primary functions will include:

- Requires a thorough knowledge of the Call center projects.
- Manage a team of call center associates including, interviewing, hiring, training employees and building a team.
- Appraising performance and rewarding associates, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Designing and producing various statistical reports to measure efficiency of associates and designing process improvement to continuously provide excellent service quality.
- Consulting with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates or strategic goals.

Skill Required:

Ability to translate ideas into concepts, Detail Oriented, Excellent written & verbal communication skills, Strong Microsoft Office Skills, Ability to train new associates, Strong ownership skills, Ability to achieve optimal performance results, Ability to lead projects, Experience in BPO/Call Center supervisory role.

Salary : 35,000 - 50,000

5-Participating in initial and ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services
