Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
Previous customer service experience is a plus point
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
