Aaj ki is video mein maine Kaali Zeera, Kalonji aur Arand (Castor) ke tail se qudrati roghan tayyar karne ka asan tareeqa bataya hai. Is nuskhay mein Kaali Zeera aur Kalonji ko achi tarah pees kar Arand ke tail mein mila kar roghan tayyar kiya jata hai.
