Why I Said No to "Boo-tiful" Clients?

January starts with two promising client leads!
Yet, by month's end, I found myself saying NO to both,
Despite their tempting offers.

Why? Let me tell you a story...

Client #1: Ghosted me twice after scheduling meetings.
Time is precious, and respect goes both ways. ‍

Client #2: Disappeared after assigning the first task,
No feedback given for 2 days. Being active is necessary,
if you want your work to be done on time.

Here's the twist: both wanted me back,
sweetening the deal.

Tempting?
Sure. But respect trumps money.

As a freelancer, your time is your magic. Clients, value it!
Show up for calls, keep buyers informed, stay engaged while we work.

It's not a one-way street, you know?

But boss! it's not just for freelancers!
Buyers, we're all in this together.

Let's ditch the disappearing acts and
treat each other's time with respect.

Remember, strong partnerships are built on respect,
Not smoke and mirrors.

The freelance journey is not new to me!

Sometimes we have to stop, where we don't want to.....

As for females, kids and family are more important for her than her ambitions and goals...

But when i thought of starting again after 8 years, it's like starting from zero.

Switching field, loaded responsbilities and learning with ambition....

Having faith on myself that still i can do a lot from home...

Yes! I did it...

After 3 years of struggle, now i am on the way to success.

Facing many ups and downs, during these years...

But I am happy that i am blessed than many Alhamdulilah...

I have experience, confidence, and dedication to do more and more.
and I am thankful to all those who helped me and keep me motivated through this journey.
