Here is a question for you? Why do some businesses grow and others fail?🧐
📈Is it their profit margin?
🪂Marketing?
🚀Product?
Maybe, but there's a strong argument for it being something more fundamental than that.
All you have to do is look and you'll see that there is not a single successful business out in the world that's brand is not centred around solving its customer's problems. Now you may ask? As a branding agency, why are we talking about this?🤔
😄Simple, because this all comes down to branding and brand strategy, because when a company from the beginning set's out to solve a customer's problem and explains genuinely/well how they will solve it.
They are building a brand that their customers associate with caring about their interests, which if you are in marketing, you know this is one of the most powerful assets any company can have.
🙃Now, this was a bit of a rant.
But I wanted this to remind everyone, that when you're starting a business, you need to ask yourself, is this a problem that needs solving? Or do you have to sit down and change it up?
🔎And once you have found a problem that needs solving, you need to focus on putting 'serving your clients' at the centre of your strategy and brand. No matter if you are a designer, business owner or a chai loving dog walker.
Because it simply pays off to solve your customer's problems more than it does to worry about having fancy marketing campaigns, publicity or cool looking designs.
