Another metal POS display ready for the retail floor. 🔩

For this project, we handled the complete production process in-house from raw steel components to the finished, powder-coated display.

The production included:

laser cutting and CNC processing of metal components,
welding and assembly of the display structure,
powder coating for a durable and high-quality finish,
production of shelves, side elements and branding components,
final assembly and quality control before shipment.

Thanks to our own production capabilities, we can control every stage of the process and quickly move from prototype to serial production.

From raw metal to a finished retail display all under one roof.

One of our biggest strengths is speed of ex*****on. ⚡

For this project, we were able to deliver 1,000 display units in just 3 weeks — from the initial design stage, through prototyping, all the way to the final production run.

For this project, we implemented several solutions tailored to the client’s needs:

a display structure designed to be lifted together with the pallet and transported by forklift,
co-packing of the client’s products directly onto the displays in our warehouse,
full graphic printing on the display using a world-class Fujifilm printer,
production of all components using a fully CNC-based process.

The entire production process was highly automated — with manual packing being the only hand-operated stage.

From design to 1,000 finished displays in just 3 weeks.
