In 2013, eleven years ago, I was at rock bottom…

❌ no significant experience (at that time, I thought just the opposite about myself),
❌ no personal funds to invest,
❌ no mentor or support to tell me what to do next…

I just wanted to do it and had a vision -
I wanted to be an entrepreneur providing legal services.

My ego was a bad advisor.

I boldly rented a huge office, and I failed straight away.
It was six years of heavy business lifting.
During that time, I seriously considered - at least three times - closing the business.

I'm happy I didn't. 🙂

Fast forward to today, I still lead PRAVNA, a firm with 100 people on board.
PRAVNA is the leader in four legal services in Central Europe, Poland.

In my early years, I faced countless challenges and made mostly mistakes.

Luckily, among the mistakes, I did some things right.

I'm proud to say that PRAVNA is now 11 years old and still growing strong.
We’ve helped over 14,000 clients and expanded our team with some of the brightest minds.

PRAVNA is now part of AV.pl, a holding company, and I am its CEO.

Now it’s all better because we are:

✅ reaching goals - because of our strategy and better focus on what really matters,
✅ minimizing risks - because of our knowledge of business development,
✅ making business more joyful - because of working as a team and knowing our strengths.
