Shifting into $20K+ month…with NO launch?!

Beginning of March I held the intention for $10K…I was at $13K by the 15th.

Swipe for the behind the scenes 👉🏼 quantum shifting into the next level isn’t about feeling fine and dandy ALL of the time.

It’s about surfing the waves, knowing you’ll land on the shore.

It’s a deeper knowing that you’re a match for what you desire and it’s happening sooner or later.   Within the arbitrary construct of a month, or not.

Whether someone backs out, or not.

Whether you made $20K last month, or not.  Shift back into people’s lives are going to be changed with this offer.

It’s the 30th of March and my business has brought in $23K in sales this month. WITH NO LAUNCH.
 To be honest, my mind immediately thought, “uh oh. How will I repeat this next month? I’m basically at capacity, I haven’t planned what I’m selling..”

Funny thing is, I thought the exact same thing in the beginning of March 😉  Your mind is always gonna have thoughts, take you to places you don’t really feel comfy in, and your job is to learn shift out of that place.

Choose to believe that you don’t have to know how.

Choose to believe that you don’t even have to repeat the $5K, $10K.

Choose to believe that because last month was $0 doesn’t mean the next month will be.

It’s about choosing to believe those things and feeling worthy of what you desire over, and over, and over….and then taking action from that aligned place.  One of my clients created $7.2K in 2 weeks after 1 call with me and being inside SUSO (she’s now a private client), and never signed a client from IG before.

This is what we call collapsing time.

Things don’t always go “right” in entrepreneurship.  One of the biggest fears new entrepreneurs hold on to is “what if I sign clients and they don’t have a great experience? What if people hate me??”
..which blocks them from actually signing clients and creating an income.  So what if that worst case scenario happens?  How would you handle it as your next level self?  Real examples:

I’ve had a client who had multiple family emergencies and was unable to show up for herself let alone her business.

I’ve had clients who didn’t take their investment seriously & didn’t show up fully.

I’ve accidentally completely slept through a call with a client.

I’ve had clients break their word on a contract they agreed to.

I’ve been in that position of investing $$$$ without seeing a monetary ROI.

I handle all of the above with grace. 
If you are going through, or are scared of going through any of the above in the future...

I am nowhere near perfect.

My clients are not perfect.

You are not perfect.

Yet, we are all so so worthy of success & abundance.

I have no doubt that whatever you’re struggling with right now, you’re receiving the lessons in the time that you need it in order for you to be massively successful.

$13K sales in 15 days?!

I’ve been taking extra time to rest in March, you haven't seen me much on IG stories.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I spent more time with my family, ahead of moving to Europe for the next 3+ months.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m also nursing wrist and neck/shoulder pain, so content + engage with my audience has decreased.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My biggest takeaway from the past few weeks?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You don’t have to have all the time in the world.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You don’t have to post every single day.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And you most certainly, do not have to be perfect.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There are no rules for when money & clients will flow to you, except for the one where you feel the most certain and the most detached from the end result.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is how I created $13K in sales in the first 15 days of March with 2 posts and 1 live on IG.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here’s what ACTUALLY happens when you feel certain and detached from the result: you know that you will sign clients, so you create content from a place where everything is already done.

The clients are already there, waiting to pay you and all you need to do is show them that it’s an absolutely amazing (and safe) idea to do so.

How freaking exciting is THAT compared to the thought that “nobody is interested in my offer”?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This state of mind is MAGNETIC.

Magnetism means that when you decide, clients come.

Real talk: we are creating businesses because we want to make an income.

Yes, we are coaches, we are healers.

Your mission is to heal this planet by healing your clients and allowing them to heal their wounds so they don’t pass it on to their children.

I am so for it.

I am also for the fact that you get a put food on the table doing what you love helping others. When you are (financially) abundant, your work gets to help even more people.

Don’t tell me you started a business to only give people free content and not make money in your business.

If you are putting offers out there and they are not selling, the solution is NOT to go back to “I’m going to create all the free content that I can” or release a freebie every month…

👉🏼 cue burnout & frustration a month down the line, because you’re not being compensated & stressing out about rent or when you’ll be able to quit your 9-5.

The solution is to step into your business owner brain, step into your confidence, analyze why it didn’t sell, and shift your mindset in order to create a stellar launch next time.

Let’s be honest, the reason why you’re throwing spaghetti at the wall & flip flopping between strategies, is because you don’t know how to solve your problem.

Or you don’t trust yourself to.

Or you are afraid to go look for the solutions because of what you might find out about yourself.

Or maybe you just don’t know what the next step should be and that’s okay.

Why no one's even asking you about working with you👇🏼

You’re not telling them about it. And not often enough.

Trust me, I didn’t start out a natural either.

I wrote out every single thing I was going to say in a live or a free challenge, write it on my PowerPoint slides, make the font 50px, and literally be reading that out.

It looks effortless now because I made the decision to START showing up & selling and KEEP doing it nearly every single day.

As I got more comfortable, my income + impact increased.

Here’s the thing:

54% of consumers WANT to see more video content from brands/businesses they support (Hubspot, 2018). Video marketers get 66% more qualified leads (Optinmonster, 2019)

Have you ever taken a ice cold shower?

At first you tell yourself you might be slightly insane for trying it…

And you tentatively reach out one finger to test the waters…

You immediately pull back and your critter brain is like, “nah, I’ll just take a warm shower”.

Then comes the nagging thought.

You know that cold showers will wake you right up and get you alert for the day, and also improve circulation…it’s worth it.

(anyone else’s hands & feet always freezing like mine? 🙋🏻‍♀️)

Imagine that you actually did that consistently and after 21 days it starts to feel normal.

Turning on the top for a cold shower is just as normal as a warm morning shower once felt.

This is how I want you to think of selling.

I've never sold a thing in my life before I started my business and I can assure you it was awkward, it was uncomfortable, it was some thing that took time to adjust to.

But I pushed forward knowing that if cold showers improve your body’s circulation, sales improves your business’ circulation.

I started selling $97 intensive sessions, $200 sessions, $1800 coaching programs, $3000 coaching programs, and now I close $6000 coaching programs in the DMs.

That is all possible for you. Your journey may look a bit different, it may look the same, but first, you need to pull on your boots and start walking.

Bottom line: if you have no income coming in, what’s going to pay the expenses?

If we take this even further by having income in your business you're able to pay your expenses, if you're able to pay yourself, you're able to create abundance at will.

It won't be dependent on your annual salary raise or what your boss thinks of you.

You will be able to decide, “I’m making $5,000 next month” and actually make it happen.

I know you’re afraid.

I know you’re afraid because you procrastinate.

I know you’re afraid because you hide behind “I need to build a website first” or “I need to get a payment processor set up first”.

I know you’re afraid because your soul is lighting up at the idea of serving but your results says otherwise.

I know you’re afraid because you’re telling yourself “oh in a few months” when truly, your heart desires income + impact NOW.

Here’s the thing…

Your results, lack of results, your knowledge of systems or lack of knowledge…they don’t define you.

Your soul & your heart does.

Have you been feeling frustrated that you're not seeing the results you desire?

I know exactly how you feel. I made $113 in cash in my business in January 2020, and felt so confused why I wasn't seeing the success I desired.

Especially when I look at other coaches in the industry making millions. $5K months seemed like a farfetched dream.

Lessons from 29 days of selling 💸

First of all, I actually didn't sell for all 31 days of January, and this is part of the story, but first swipe for the meat 🥩 aka the takeaways!

The point of selling every day wasn't a "I NEED to make sales" or "I must sell 31 days or else I'm a failure" or even "I should sell every day for the rest of my life"....for me, it was really an exercise to help me be more creative in the ways I sell.

And it worked, I had the most fun in my business in ages, I experimented with reels and got creative 🎶

I also felt the most connected with my audience than I've had in months AND I was warming them up to the idea of working with me, even if they weren't ready yet.

And of course, some were ready and I gave the that opportunity to come into my paid container 😉

I also had the fun side effect of me committing to exercise for more than I've ever had in my life, when you make decisions, things shift to make way for next level you.

I made someone cry last week 😳

She was struggling with feeling a pivot in her business, feeling like she HAD to show up on Instagram even though it wasn’t in her heart to do so…

I asked her a couple of coaching questions and could see her physiology changing as the inner emotions were pulled into the outer world.

The release.

This is the power of coaching.

Many of you seem to think that once you invest in a coach, you’ll be handed the strategies and everything will be rainbows & butterflies.

That’s not coaching, that’s mentorship.

Coaching is developing an internal awareness, coaching is working through thoughts and emotions you feel on a daily basis but probably don’t even recognize.

You become aware and release, and that's how you move forward.

It requires you to enter the relationship with trust, an open mind, and a willingness to dig deep and do the work.

Being coached is like allowing a landscape architect to come into your home to point out where you need to dig up the old roots in a gnarly garden in order to plant new seeds and grow a beautiful, flourishing masterpiece.

You’ll be the gardener doing the actual work.

It’ll be a bit sweaty, muddy and tiring in the beginning but the end result is the life you’ve always wished you had.

You will feel light. You’ll feel renewed, refreshed.
