Production of packaging in accordance with international standards

In December of this year, students of the Bila Tserkva Vocational College of Service and Design completed their pre-graduation internship at Ukrpol Printing Company, which lasted more than a month.

The students gained practical experience. In particular, the boys were involved in the printing, embossing, etc. process, observed the equipment fitting, and the girls were involved in the technical control and product quality assessment department.

We are pleased to help educational institutions gain practical skills, because knowledge is the key to success!

The Ronald McDonald House Foundation recently held a charity auction to raise funds for the construction of the first Ronald McDonald House in Ukraine. This home will be located on the territory of the Okhmatdyt hospital in Kyiv and is intended for families of seriously ill children. Philanthropists and business representatives have joined forces to create a space where sick children and their families will feel cozy and comfortable even in the most difficult times.

Among the invited guests were Serhiy Kovalchuk, CEO of Ukrpol Publishing House LLC, Roman Petryliak, Commercial Director, and Nazar Kakhniy, Manager. The meeting was organized by Halyna Solovey, Director of the Ronald McDonald House Foundation in Ukraine. The general partner of the event was Yulia Badritdinova, CEO of McDonald's Ukraine. The charity auction raised UAH 9 million, which will be used to start construction

So far, the Ronald McDonald House Foundation has already equipped 6 family rooms in children's clinical hospitals in different cities of Ukraine. The support of these rooms contributes to the development of family-oriented medicine, where parents become partners with doctors in treating their children.

🙌🏻 We are pleased to inform you that Ukrpol Publishing House has been granted the status of Authorized Economic Operator, among a few other AEOs in Ukraine, and, in particular, became the first to receive the AEO authorization "confirming safety and reliability".

An Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) is a status granted to a company in accordance with customs and tax regulations if it meets specific criteria that certify its reliability and safety in international trade.

The main advantages of AEO status include simplification of customs procedures, acceleration of the movement of goods across the border, reduction of customs payments, and improvement of the company's reputation in the eyes of international partners. AEOs may also have access to special programs and benefits aimed at facilitating and supporting foreign economic activity. All these advantages make the status of an Authorized Economic Operator significant for companies engaged in international trade.

ISO 9001: 2015 audit
In May, Ukrpol successfully, without any remarks, passed the second supervisory audit on the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, conducted by the certification company TÜV Thüringen Ukraine.
The audit examined the documentation of the quality management system, its relevance and compliance with the requirements of the standard, compliance with established procedures and the availability of factual evidence of this.
In accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 certificate, Ukrpol's activities provide partners with proof of competent enterprise management and a guarantee of cooperation in accordance with international standards.

The company was founded by Serhiy Kovalchuk in 1997. Firstly, the company had to be a printing house of operational printing, but a well-thought-out system of work and attraction of new technologies helped Ukrpol to become one of the leaders in the printing industry in Ukraine.
