Yestersen is a Polish furniture store. Our main goals were:
redesigning the customer’s shopping path and addressing negative feedback,
modernizing the website layout so that it supports the user in making the right purchase decision,
improving the customer’s shopping experience so that the time spent on the site is enjoyable. Result: double the traffic on the website and the same conversion rates in just 3 months from implementing the first version of a new product page.
- New digital product - DIP
DIP, or Delivery in Person is an application for the same-day sending and delivery of parcels. The DIP ecosystem consists of:
a mobile application for the senders of parcels
a mobile application for couriers
a web app for e-commerce stores, sending and managing shipments
As part of the project, we prepared a POC (proof of concept) project and carried out usability tests with couriers, where they followed instructions and directions for delivering parcels through applications. Based on the prepared POC project, the startup raised $3,000,000 for further development. Currently, our design team is finishing work on the MVP project. We work with
