This situation has also changed the way we do market research. Nowadays it is out of the question to go house-to-house doing surveys and talking to people; in person focus groups or IDI’s are also a no-no.

Then…. What options are available? For the surveys instead of going house-to-house we can make phone calls or even do online surveys. Instead of in person focus groups or IDIs we can do online video or chat focus groups.
