Website creation tools are simplified so much that you can launch your own online resource without knowing the code in 5 minutes🤷🏼‍♀️ But it is important to remember that the site must solve a specific problem and be understandable to the user. The same goes for mobile apps.

It is the issue of clarity that the UI / UX designer decides: he takes the place of the user and designs the interface. No website or application can be created without a competent UI/UX designer.

Today and for the foreseeable future, this is one of the most important roles in interface development.

⌚️Woodwatch is a growing international company engaging more and more team members from all over the world. Woodwatch e-commerce shipping to more than 100 countries and counting.

Our Workflow contents:
⏺ We set up a tool to collect data on user behavior (Hotjar)
⏺ For several weeks, we collected records of user sessions
⏺ We analyzed how real users interacted with the interface and identified bottlenecks
⏺ From this information, we formed hypotheses on how to improve the site's UX
