Some of the most exciting hospitality projects don’t start in obvious places.

is a real estate developer with a solid track record, now turning its attention to something more experiential: an immersive luxury hospitality and residential concept, anchored by a five-star hotel, taking shape just one hour outside Lisbon.

We’ve been partnering with the Immerso team to build the brand from the ground up. While we’re keeping details under wraps for now, what’s emerging is a destination designed around depth, restraint, and a genuine sense of place, the kind of project that doesn’t chase attention, but earns it.

If Lisbon isn’t quite your cup of tea, worry not. Just across the red bridge lies a town quietly coming into its own. Once an industrial hub, Setúbal is emerging as the choice for those who want proximity to the capital but prefer to wake up closer to nature and live at a more relaxed pace. And when the buzz of Lisbon calls, it’s only a 40-minute drive away. That balance inspired our concept: *Live By Your Own Beat.*

Solano, EQTY Capital’s newest real estate project and a play on *“sol todo o ano”* (“sun all year round”), captures this spirit perfectly. Set across the river, it embodies a way of living defined by sunshine, space and a strong sense of community.

We built the entire identity around the idea of a place where community isn’t a footnote but the heart of it all. With bold colours and a refined edge, Solano already feels like somewhere we’d happily call home.

Marbella called, and we answered. A very special project with our long-time client was born. Casa Manara isn’t just a house; it’s a legacy, and we wanted the visual identity to honour its past while looking to the future.

Our branding drew inspiration from the plot’s rich history and the original house that once stood there. The name, Manara, nods to light and the Arabic past of the region, while the colour palette reflects the subtle tones of the original interiors and surrounding landscape. Every detail was considered to respect the property’s heritage while framing it for today’s discerning buyers.

A rare project where every element, from logo to architecture to interior design, flows together and tells a story worth stepping into.

Based in Dubai but hailing from a small town in Portugal, Luís Santos has lived a thousand lives before 40: years of consulting at Kaizen Institute, scaling a real-estate business in Dubai with 100+ employees, and, of course, his personal quest to visit every country in the world (currently at nº 146).

So when he reached out to us to help shape his personal brand, we were excited. Anchored in the idea Built in the Doing, the brand reflects a life forged in the field, not a boardroom: country by country, venture by venture. Luís shares what he learns under pressure: the wins, the missteps, and the lessons that can only come from action.

The visual identity mirrors this ethos. The logo, inspired by a flag, signals movement, direction, and progress, while the colour palette, a subtle reinterpretation of Portuguese tones, signals his origin.

As Portugal’s first Financial B Corp, they’ve always approached private equity with intention and a human touch. Their old site simply wasn’t telling that story.

So we rebuilt their digital home to reflect who they really are: warm, forward-thinking, and grounded in purpose. Rounded structures, gentle movement, and a natural palette bring their philosophy to life, proving that finance can feel different.

Born from two consultant–trained minds, .dxb is a short-term rental company quietly reshaping the hospitality scene in Dubai. By pairing strategic thinking with genuinely excellent service, they offer guests an experience that goes beyond the typical Airbnb, and property owners a more considered, lucrative way to rent.

After working on one of the founder’s personal brand (more on that soon), we were invited to shape First Class’s brand identity, adding a layer of subtle refinement to an already strong foundation.

We built the brand strategy around the idea of “Perfected by First Class”, then refined the visual identity through logo adjustments, a more considered colour palette, and a stronger, more cohesive visual system.

We have no doubt First Class is on its way to some great things, and we’re glad to be part of the journey.

Based in Miami, has been with us for three years now, a steady partnership built on retainer work, countless touchpoints, and the occasional “can we get this today?” moment we’ve all come to love as part of agency life.

Resia develops multi-family communities across Florida, Texas, and Georgia, using pre-fab components to build fast without compromising quality — modern housing that feels considered, accessible, and genuinely needed.

This year, we continued supporting their social channels, shaping a consistent presence that speaks to all of the company’s stakeholders. We also crafted two pitch decks to translate data, design, and strategy into clear, compelling narratives. To add warmth and personality, we continued creating a series of custom illustrations, extending the visual identity across their channels.

Five architect-designed villas, each quietly embedded in 1.5 hectares. Fully serviced. Completely private. Designed to dissolve into the landscape, not dominate it. Conceived as an intimate hospitality retreat, Acqua di Mare Comporta is a rural boutique hotel designed for slow stays.

For them, our challenge was to express a luxury that doesn’t announce itself - one that felt like an extension of the work developed for in Mykonos and Algarve, but pushed it even further. A luxury defined by presence, stillness, and the art of living well.

We began with brand strategy: Land. Light. Life. A manifesto capturing the timelessness of the place and setting the tone for every visual and digital choice, from palette to typography, from imagery to messaging.

The website followed naturally: understated, elegant, intentional. Every interaction feels like a pause, an invitation to inhabit the space rather than simply observe it.

Here, branding isn’t an accessory. It’s part of the experience. Subtle. Considered.

For two years, they’ve been crafting fully customised private tours. The kind that make every “standard itinerary” feel forgettable. With a service that personal, a rebrand was overdue.

We created a new identity that stays warm and relaxed at heart but can dial up the sophistication when needed: playful, sun-lit, and unmistakably Swingo.

And then came the website, designed to feel like an experience in itself. Interactive, intuitive, and full of movement, it guides users through tours in a way that feels almost tactile… as tempting as choosing your favourite sweet from a box.

A refreshed brand for a company that knows how to show Portugal at its best.

A little bird told us the holidays are near… so we’re celebrating the Strawberry way: 12 days. 12 projects. 12 stories that shaped our 2025. A look back at the brands we built, refined, and elevated across three continents, one reveal at a time.

We begin with , a London & Amsterdam–based company rewriting the rules of the workspace. 2025 marked a pivotal moment for the brand: its expansion beyond the UK and into Amsterdam, which called for a full strategic and visual reset.

We rebranded Rivvia to reflect a more global, ambitious chapter. One built for scale, credibility, and cross-market appeal.

A new identity system anchored in clarity, movement, and quiet confidence. A brand narrative crafted to speak to founders and operators across borders. A brand reimagined for international momentum and the perfect start to our 12-day journey.
