Day 2️⃣ at the Black Sea Defense & Aerospace - BSDA Exhibition & Conference

Today's challenge. To build a stand for Metaminds Romania that fits into a 56 m2 space and, at the same time, is impossible to overlook.
So we took the branding 4 meters high and made sure our stand stood out from a distance, without screaming for attention.👀

Inside:
➡️ A private meeting area with ceiling and AC (aka peak exhibition luxury)
➡️ Two 3x1.5 m LED screens fully integrated into the design
➡️ Custom furniture with built-in power outlets, storage spaces, and smart branding elements
➡️ Details inspired directly by the client’s logo - including the shape of the table legs.

This was the kind of project that valued every square m - like a smart and tiny Bucharest apartment. 😉

In the "trenches" of the industry, at the Black Sea Defense & Aerospace - BSDA Exhibition & Conference with the GBC.ro stand. 🎬

When suspended structures aren’t an option, you build… vertically.

The GBC stand was designed as a mix between a tech showcase and a real conversation space: open, visible, yet private enough to actually talk business without the expo soundtrack taking over.

What we integrated:
✅ Glass-partitioned areas and a semi-private meeting room
✅ An oversized, custom-branded reception desk
✅ Dedicated spaces for AV solutions and software integrations
✅ Elevated branding elements for maximum visibility across the exhibition hall

And because lighting without suspended rigging is always fun, we created a mix of spotlights, LED floodlights, and lighting systems mounted directly onto the walls.

In short: a lot of technology, a lot of strategy, and a few clever improvisations by ! 😎
