The people are the ones that give the vibe of a business ... so if the scenario is a positive one send that message to the others also.

I am going to say it one million times ... if you want to make online money or bring most of your customers from the internet ... then all you need to do is to understand the philosophy behind the virtual connections and how you actually communicate online.
Let’s say you open a ... coffee shop.
Most of them are in the central area, but i also saw some of them on streets with not so many people going through there.
Somehow ... knew the place and they came there all the time.
It was a total mystery for me how those businesses where running so, so well.
But later on ... i understood that people where coming into that place for the vibe of it ... not for the coffee.
People need to find small island of relaxation into the city ... and just by going there they could switch the vibe in a beautiful way ... right away.
I remember that years ago, i went many times to Vienna ... and i’ve been to Schönbrunn Palace ... just to drink a glass of wise.
It was quite expensive ... but the vibe of that place was amazing.
I also remember that one day i accidentally entered in a coffee shop from the city center ... where a coffee and a biscuit costed ... 15 euros.
I was wondering myself ... “How the hell they charge 15 euro for that?!”
But if you know to analyze right ... the price of 15 euros ... you will understand that anyone in the world will pay this, considering it’s even cheap ... to change the vibe of the inner soul.
Understanding that the coffee shop is not about coffee ..., but maybe about relaxation, spending time with dear friends ... and connecting to the beautiful vibes of life ... this is actually the message you need to send over the internet to all the others that never came to that place.
Of course ... telling them the story of the coffee used, or few words about the cakes that you are serving in there is quite important ... but the most important thing you need to tell them is that you are ... a place with an amazing vibe and that in there they will feel great.
They will somehow recharge their batteries ... and you are the one that will going to help them to do that.
So ... keep in mind to let them know all the time that a coffee served in that place ... is an amazing experience.

The reason why Youtube helps a lot ... but you need to learn a little bit of acting

Truth be told people don’t like to read.
I remember that years ago people use to write a lot into the “about us” section ... but today they learnt to somehow limit themselves at a maximum half a page of text.
And even half a page is ... just too much.
But imagine you could make an artistic movie of 30-60 seconds ... which should tell the story of your company.
That could be placed on the top of the site, in the slider area and most probably will communicate with the new customers in a much easier way that we actually do with a simple text.
And ... if you are good a little bit at acting, that should be amazing ... cause you can already interact with the customers.
Movies, especially the artistic ones help a lot.
People can understand everything in less that a minute ... and can also start seeing you in as a professional company ... right away, without bothering to keep them a sales session for one day.
And ... once people trust you ... they will start using your products and services ... all of them.
Forcing them to read text ... it’s not anymore a contemporary method of communication ... and a youtube channel, associated with the site, with short videos describing your products and services should be fantastic.
All you need to keep in mind is that not everybody love to read ... and sometimes they even dislike being forced to read ... so simple messages, told as a beautiful story ... could be of amazing success.
People love stories ... but stories that let them know how their own lives should be improved in a magical way.
Yes ... you might be afraid ... as you to be the character that tells the story, but you could also hire someone else to do that for you.
On the other hand ... if you have the gut to be the actor that is presenting the products and services ... imagine that this is going to be a shortcut in the communication one to one with the customer ... when they will decide to choose you ... as their provider.
But whatever you believe is the best for your company ... keep in mind that is much easier for a client to watch a short movie than being forced to read... youtube helps a lot and that is an important aspect from the list with tips and tricks ... so please don’t forget them.

The domain name of the site should define you

Most probably where ever you live in the world, in any used language ... most of good domains are already taken.
Of course ... you can buy a good one ... in the auction ... but the prices are sometimes huge, especially for the english names.
So now ... we do what?!
Well ... there are lots of rules for buying the domain names ... but you have 2 choices.
Number one ... think of a name that would represent you as a company.
For example ... in our case ... Dezibel Media.
It’s the name of our company and also our name on the web.
Once we will work with different clients, it will be quite easy for them to search us over the internet, but now imagine what would mean for a web design company to own the domain webdesign.com?!
I don’t even bother to search if it is available or not and if it is for sale is probably quite expensive.
But ... that does not mean we should not look for a good domain one, especially when we are a start up business and people don’t know about our brand.
So ... let’s say we sell second hand cars.
We can think of names as ... bestsecondhandcars.com, beautifulsecondhandcars.net, affordablecars.biz etc etc.
We need to be inventive, but also keep in mind that we should send a clear message to the potential customers ... so that they understand what exactly we are doing and how we could help them.
If your name us Robert and you believe that RobertLtd.com sounds better ... then all i can do is smile and let you continue feed your ego with all kinds of silly ideas, but don’t expect as people to make the connection between the name Robert and a company that is selling cars.
So ... it all becomes a matter of sending the right message in the Universe of web.
Or ... you can simple follow both paths and use the name of the company robertltd.com, but also the name bestaffordablecars.com as an alias domain.
Also if you are serving a certain area and you live in Detroit, for example, you can buy domains as ... bestcarsfromdetroit.com, cars4uindetroit.com etc.
Let them understand what you do, but also the area where you activate, so that people can easily decide if they should contact you, in case they are looking for a new car for them.
Whatever you believe now, once you read this ... keep always in mind that nowadays your competition is on the internet also and when you try to whisper something in the virtual world, having the expectation as the customers to come and pay for your products or services ... you should think of a name that first of all defines you in the best possible way... cause in the end it’s all about defining.

The web ... seen as a way of connecting to people

If you have in mind to invest into an internet business, you might be overwhelmed of the technical details.
At one point ... you might even consider to forget about investing money into something so complicated.
Well ... let me give you some good news.
Learning the technical details ... is just optional.
All you need to understand is the philosophy behind what we call ... the web.
Of course that it will help you a lot to have a great restaurant if you are a chef ... but in my opinion is that a restaurant is not about food ... or not only about food.
Behind a great restaurant ... there is the philosophy of a place that can change people’s vibe ... in a very short time ... to stay in a relaxation environment and enjoy the atmosphere while talking, drinking something and eating.
And same as the restaurant is not only about eating ... in the same way the internet is not only about sales.
After so many years spent in this area, i have the gut to say that the internet is more about connecting to people ... if you want to have sales.
You see .... in a real shop you can speak with the customer, smile to him / her ... try to present yourself, but also your products and services.
Over the internet ... things are different.
You need to be able to send the message, without seeing the customer face to face, or even without speaking to him over the phone or chat.
You need to have a virtual charm ... that is making you more attractive as the competition ... but you need to define what “charm” means in a virtual way and then apply those algorithms in the communication through the site.
That actually means ... if for example you are having the look of a queen in the real world and your beauty speaks by itself ... on the web you need to metamorphose yourself into a queen ... of communication.
The physical beauty becomes the beauty of connecting to people and sending them the right message about yourself, but always keep in mind that they should see you in an amazing way .... as a queen.
The difference between today and 20 years ago is that now ... everybody is online.
If you understand the philosophy behind the internet, the way of connecting to people in a different way ... then is perfect ... you will stay in business and you might even get rich.
Otherwise ... the real truth is that the web will bring you mediocre results.
Is somehow a balance between choosing to be a small business in the country side, or having the chance of selling your products and services ... not only at the national level, but on the international markets.
So ... the choice is yours and it’s up to you if you decide to play on a big scale of just be present in there and expect to get clients in a randomly-annoying way, that will never satisfy you.
Is actually the decision ... if you act on a mediocre level ... or you play on the stage of your business as a queen ... the Queen of web from your area of practice.
And little by little you will learn the tips and tricks ... to do that.

The QUEEN of communication.. understanding the philosophy behind Internet

Why is so important to understand the philosophy behind the Internet ... if you want to make online money?

I believe i started to use computers for the first time in 1990 or 1991.
I had at home a computer in 1996.
It was difficult to learn all the commands, but i was passioned about it and i loved it.
I stayed in frot of the computer day and night.
In 1998, a colleague from University came to us during the computer seminar ... saying: “Today i want to show you something extremely important that i discovered last night.
All of you ... come in front of my computer!”
We were about 6-7 students.
He opened google.com saying ... “Check this out guy!”
We all laughed ... and say to him ... “Come on ... you can’t be so idiot ... what us what?! It’s a logo in the middle of the screen!
What is so special?!”
He smiles ... “Guys ... look ... this is one of the greatest invention from the internet and it just appeared few days ago.
It gives you all kinds of informations about anything you might look for.”
My colleague was a smart guy, even if he was in a wheel chair. In fact ... most probably he was a little bit smarter and well informed than we was.
Not so long time ago, after Joe Biden became the president of the United States, i saw on facebook with him and my old friend from University.
So ...it first appeared the Internet.
Then Google.
And then the rest ... but to help all of them to be online we had to explain to thousands of people what is the Internet, what is this silly Google.com, the site with just one logo and a search button in the middle of the screen.
Speed of the web was very slow.
We had dial up connections through the help of the landlines.
It was the stone age era of the internet.
Did we had any idea what the Internet was?!
Could we speak at that time about the philosophy behind the internet?!
Most probably all what we knew at that time was that the web ... was something really amazing ... that will revolutionize the world.
It was a new way of connecting all the countries from all the continents ... a way of meeting people from anywhere, but also making businesses everywhere.
National markets could become international markets and very easy a company from Belgrad could have thousands of customers from New York, London or Tokyo.
But we don’t even knew what really is ... the philosophy ... so i would lie to say that we knew what philosophy of internet was.
We were pioneers and we loved what we did.
We were exploring something that was going to change the world... and we continue walking on a path that we had no ideas where it will take us.
