Nu în fiecare zi găsim în Harvard Business Review un articol on-spot în domeniul economiei digitale, scris de un profesor român. Drept urmare astăzi am decis să împărtășim cu voi opinia lui Andrei Hagiu, profesor la Boston University, fost profesor al Harvard Business School și MIT, despre cm marketplace-urile digitale pot eroda până la dispariție anumite business-uri de nișă dacă acestea nu încep să-și construiasca relații directe cu clienții.
