KADRA Brand Strategy — More than a year has passed since we laid the foundations of this project. In truth, it’s a transformation that started then and is still unfolding today.
In this article, we speak about Kadra, about why a brand strategy was needed, and about how we built it step by step — together.
Was it challenging? Did it demand time, energy, and resources? Are the results visible? Was it simply another task checked off a list, or can we genuinely talk about transformation?
The people best positioned to answer these questions are the team members themselves and those who interact with them every day.
What we can say with certainty is this: brand strategy is essential. We use a metaphor in the article that sums it up simply — you can have the car, the fuel, the driver, the team inside, but without brand strategy, you have no reason to start the journey. And if it’s built poorly, you risk driving straight into a guardrail.
This project is also a source of inspiration, especially because it took shape within a mature company with deep experience — including experience in strategy.
