Ne căutăm un coleg/ă cu experiență de agenție (ideal de comunicare), alături de care să pornim o nouă aventură.

Anul acesta Confident împlinește 15 ani și suntem în proces de formare a unei (mici) echipe de management.

Dacă până acum zona de business development a fost mainly founder-led, ne dorim ca din toamnă să avem un alături de care să construim, sistematizăm și implementăm un nou sistem de sales.

În curând vom anunța și noua poziționare Confident — energică și pragmatică :)

Așadar, căutăm o persoană cu experiență în vânzări, de la face-to-face și networking până la construirea de client journeys și gestionarea pipeline-ului în CRM.

Dacă îți place să deschizi uși, să porți conversații cu rost, să înțelegi business-ul din spatele unui brief și, mai ales, să construiești sisteme care aduc business, ești noul nostru .

We announced Little London International Academy's new campus in the Nusco City urban-regeneration project in northern Bucharest — an 18M+ euro investment with developer Nusco, a ~7,500 sqm build for 600+ students across all levels, opening September 2029.

Gojgar face parte și în acest an din juriul Digital Divas Awards 2026.

Digital Divas Awards este una dintre competițiile importante din România dedicate creatorilor de conținut și industriei de influencer marketing, iar anul acesta juriul va evalua cele mai interesante proiecte și profiluri din social media.

În perioada 11–27 august, juriul va analiza nominalizările din categorii precum Fashion & Beauty, Lifestyle, Health & Wellness, Sport & Fitness, Entrepreneurship și Content Creation, de la Instagram și TikTok până la Most Creative Content Creator și The Digital Diva of the Year.

Înscrierile pentru ediția din acest an s-au încheiat pe 19 iulie, iar câștigătorii vor fi anunțați pe 10 septembrie, la Gala Digital Divas Awards 2026, care va avea loc la Palatul Bragadiru.
