Some highlights from the new recommendations:

📍 Serenity with new units released in Estepona West — a very easy vote this month 📍 Solemar in Casares — remains a strong recommendation

In Estepona City Center, we debated between 3 competing projects, but Isidora Living's new phase launch at the end of 2026 ended the debate.

The New Golden Mile was more complex: many interesting options, each with clear pros and cons.

New projects and units released in La Cala de Mijas and Benalmádena (both near the airport), as well as Elviria Hills & Beachside, Benahavís, Nueva Andalucía, and San Pedro in the Marbella area.

We also kept a few older projects, including some where discounts appeared, while others were removed because they no longer meet the standards: STR-ban risk (Manilva and Torremolinos), overpriced units, or legal red flags.
