The current layout needs these key updates:
→ Free delivery banner prominent at top
→ Simplified nav (search, account, cart only)
→ Seasonal promotions bar (Black Friday, Holiday deals)
→ Trust signals (reviews, shipping, returns) visible immediately

2 & 3. Product Page Optimization
Small tweaks for conversion:
→ Price & savings front and center (300 Lei ➝ 270 Lei)
→ Social proof above the fold to build trust
→ Size selector simplified with clear options
→ Key benefits highlighted

4. Call-to-Action Enhancement
Making purchase friction disappear:
→ Larger, contrasting "Add to Cart" button
→ Moved CTA above the fold
→ Clear size selection process
→ Mobile-optimized layout
→ Free shipping threshold visible

However these elements should all be tested for each store in particular, there is no one-size-fits-all in e-commerce.
