For Matei, winning 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 for the identity created for 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐢 𝐈𝐚𝐬̦𝐢 reflects everything behind the work: discipline, intuition, education, and a way of thinking shaped over years.

This moment speaks about a journey shaped together, through shared standards, honest conversations, and a constant pursuit of better, where every step refined the work and strengthened its direction. From Iași to London, standing alongside studios and people who have influenced a decade of growth, this moment carries gratitude and a quiet confidence in what is yet to unfold. 🏆

These (I don't know how many) years meant constant learning for us and a proper exchange of roles.

Colleagues in the office, confidants beyond it, proper mates. 🥹 Grandchildren of our grandparents, the ones who used to play board games together while we were still in nappies. The same roots, the same kind of upbringing. Families that shaped a steady way of thinking, a sense of gratitude, a drive for entrepreneurship. For both of us.

As the years move on, I find myself returning, time and time again, to those core values. The ones that show up in the work, in the attitude, in how we evolve.

Happy birthday, Matei!!!! 🔥 A bit late, as it goes when you stay busy winning yet another Transform award, with plenty to tell, plenty to celebrate, and days that simply fly by. 😬🤪😍

𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕙𝕒𝕧𝕖 𝕨𝕖 𝕘𝕠𝕥 𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕖? A cracking bottle of wine, a fresh idea that keeps that summer feeling close, and a brand-new 𝕡𝕒𝕔𝕜𝕒𝕘𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕕𝕖𝕤𝕚𝕘𝕟 with an attitude of its own. A label that genuinely turned heads, a 𝕔𝕠𝕟𝕔𝕖𝕡𝕥 that travelled across industry fairs and made a strong impression.

It’s not our first project with COTNARI, but this one was received exceptionally well by absolutely everyone.

Some brands arrive as blueprints; others as stories waiting to be drawn. EDIFICAT was the latter — a meeting point between structure and intuition, where clarity led and creativity followed.

The journey began with a well-crafted brief, completed with care by the client — a team genuinely engaged in research and definition. Their clarity set a strong foundation for everything that came next. From there, we distilled the essential values that shaped the brand’s verbal identity — expressed through its 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲, 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲. Every word was considered, every nuance deliberate, aligning meaning with mindset.

At its core stands a geometric feline emblem — a quiet nod to focus, balance, and wit. Its lines are sharp, its stance composed, its presence unmistakably distinct. Around it, a 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 built on proportion and rhythm, carrying the confidence of those who design with purpose. The result feels fluid, precise, and unmistakably human — a reflection of the team’s way of thinking: intelligent, curious, and forward-looking.

And perhaps the best part — seeing the client own it entirely, with the same creative confidence and courage that connect a branding studio and an architectural practice. Here’s to vision, and to craft that stands the test of time. 🥂

Now that the leaves have turned golden and we’ve settled comfortably into new projects, we thought it’s time to look back and share a few stories from the summer that’s behind us.

One of our favourites is 𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧 — a complete rebranding journey, bringing together naming, verbal identity, and visual identity under one confident idea. that brought together naming, verbal identity, and visual identity under one confident idea.

The architect cat has a rather clear point to make: the most responsible things are best built with a hint of humour. Because nothing says confidence, courage, and a properly open mind quite like the ability to smile while building something that’s here to stay.

A year on from an unforgettable celebration, and we’re still carried by its afterglow. ✨ There was something electric in the air — a shared pulse between owners, teams, partners, clients, friends. Set in a glass pavilion nestled in the forest, the 30-year milestone unfolded like a story well told: immersive, generous, alive.

Salt on Waves was there for a long-time partner, a client with whom we’ve shaped layered brand narratives, built across time and trust. A collaboration grounded in mutual respect, and the kind that leaves a mark. ❤️

For this moment, we imagined a concept centred on presence. On the subtle art of attention. Every detail was personalised to reflect the company’s way of honouring people. Wine bottles engraved for the occasion. Tailored gifts. Branded macarons and a showstopper cake carrying the anniversary emblem. Printed materials with texture and weight — each element designed to make every guest feel valued and remembered.
The setting invited connection. Under the soft canopy of trees and glass, stories were shared, hands shaken, memories made.

And perhaps every July, we’ll find ourselves sending a quiet thought of gratitude to Anda Anania and AVATTI — for the trust, the joy, the beauty of working together.

The personal brands. The smaller ventures that become part of our agency’s daily rhythm and spark just as much curiosity.
Ioana is one of those people you quietly admire. She’s built her career with care, taken her time, done things properly. And when she felt ready, she knocked on our door — smiling, steady, and clear in her ask:
“I want branding. I want to launch my academy. I know I’ve got what I need now. I’m still learning — but life’s a constant learning curve. I just want to do things right. Clean. Thoughtfully. The way it should be.”

This is the face that’s pulled us out of more little disasters than we can count. A smile so calm, it softens the edges of any day, no matter how wild things get.
We’ve never quite figured out how she always knows it’ll all be alright. She just does.

Life comes in waves—sometimes gentle, sometimes not. And just like the sea smooths out the shore after a storm, Nico has this quiet way of making everything feel right again. She forgives, forgets, patches things up, and somehow brings back the peace, like it was never gone.

Thank you, Nico, for that fairy-tale smile you never leave home without, and for being the best partner-in-crime in all our beautiful chaos.

What an absolutely fantastic evening with the LWD community!

Huge thanks to all the incredible women who showed up with curiosity, open minds, and a real hunger to connect. We came together to share, to learn from one another, and to be reminded that together is one of the most powerful words we have.

I’d planned to talk about success — the highlights, the wins — but once I stood there, everything shifted. What came out instead was a raw, honest reflection on the long, messy, beautiful journey behind the scenes. The setbacks, the lessons, the quiet victories that matter most.

tacsi isn’t just a name - it stands for 𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘰 𝘢 𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘢 𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘰 meaning 𝘐’𝘮 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦. That’s the promise at the heart of the brand.

Once launched, it will be Italy's first app service that sends professional drivers to take you and your car home safely after a late night party. No more choosing between leaving your car behind or making risky decisions.

From logo design to graphic systems, we came up with a dynamic brand identity that blends nightlife energy with the reassurance of a trusted companion. It evokes a feeling of liberation - enjoy yourself fully, without compromise.
