Restart After Effects
Open from: Window → JSX Runner AI
Using the AI Helper
Open the AI Helper tab
Paste your ChatGPT API key
Select a model
Describe your script
Click Generate JSX
Review the result
Insert into editor and run
You can regenerate as many times as needed.
Note: API access requires a paid OpenAI plan. You can still use the free ChatGPT website to generate code and paste it manually.
