As the New Year approaches, it is time for the 2016 overview! We’ve enjoyed working on a variety of creative projects, among which are the Antarctic Biennale, the sculpture park in Switzerland and the participation of the AST publishing house at the Frankfurter Buchmesse. 2016 also marked our move to a new office (with Horse, of course) and move to a new web-site - www.llp.agency.

We’ve also met so many interesting people, heard about a lot of cool ideas and discovered new opportunities!

We are thankful to those who stayed with us this year, and hope to keep in touch with everyone in 2017! We send you the warmest wishes for the New Year and happy holidays ahead!

Вжух! — и пролетел еще один год, за который мы успели реализовать множество проектов, в том числе поработать с Antarctic Biennale, сделать логотип и фирменный стиль для Скульптурного парка в Швейцарии LA Collection Air, сняли ролик для наших друзей из издательства АСТ (участие во Frankfurter Buchmesse — большая ответственность, и мы рады, что все получилось), переехать в новый офис (вместе с Хорсе) и обзавестись новым сайтом (www.llp.agency).
Уходящий 2016 год был очень разным, неожиданным и интересным — богатым на новые встречи и проекты, события и открытия, людей и идеи. Мы благодарны, что весь этот год вы оставались с нами.

LL Partners в полном составе поздравляет себя и вас с наступающими Новым годом и Рождеством — и желает сил, помноженных на удачу и вдохновение, воплощения всех задуманных проектов и новых блестящих идей.

The instagram of famous people in history (or, the histogram) is not a novelty, but we find this project super exciting. Dostoyevsky, Manet, Anna Pavlova and many others - honouring the birthday anniversaries of the outstanding personalities, who we truly adore, our digital-marketing agency team looks into their lives through the prism of Instagram. However, we don’t limit ourselves to just funny type of project. Our approach is with a certain depth of analysis, factual accuracy, attention to detail and tremendous respect to the persona.

Our first series of the project was dedicated to a famous Russian writer Fyodor Dostoyevsky, celebrating his 195th birthday anniversary. Today on the birthday of one of the most famous Mexicans we set off for Detroit together with Diego Rivera and his wife Frida Kahlo.

The 1932-33 were rather intense in the life of the passionate couple of Mexican artists: Rivera got a commission by Edsel Ford, president of Ford Motor Co., which led to their temporary move to Detroit, a deep personal tragedy in Frida’s life, a huge success in Rivera’s career (his murals for Detroit Institute of Arts are considered to be his greatest works of art), a significant acquaintance with the Rockefellers - and all of these during the economic collapse and the Great Depression in the US.

Инстаграм исторических личностей (истограм/histograms) — идея не новая, но крайне увлекательная. Достоевский, Мане, Анна Павлова и другие — в честь дня рождения интересных нам личностей команда нашего digital-агентства погружается в течение их жизней посредством Инстаграм. Мы уходим от сугубо шуточного формата подобных проектов . Наш подход — #большесмысла, глубина анализа, фактологическая достоверность, проработка деталей и трепетное отношение к идее.

Сегодня в День рождения одного из самых известных мексиканцев мы отправимся в рабочую поездку в Детройт под ритмы автомобильных конвейеров вместе с Диего Ривера и его супругой Фридой Кало.

Период 1932 — 1933 гг. у четы мексиканских художников был крайне насыщенным: заказ Эдселя Форда, президента компании Ford Motor Co, на фрески Ривера, повлекший за собой переезд супружеской пары в Детройт в разгар экономического коллапса и Великой депрессии в США, личная трагедия в жизни Фриды Кало, творческий взлет Ривера (созданные им фрески стали одними из лучших его работ), важное знакомство с Рокфеллерами — и все это на фоне экономического коллапса и Великой депрессии в США.

Today we launch the series with the Instagram of Fyodor Dostoyevsky, celebrating his 195th birthday anniversary. The posts cover the very beginning of the foreign trip of the newlyweds - the writer and his second wife Anna, who set off to Europe in April 1867. The tragedies of the past seem to be left behind, the money would be an issue through all their life, but this short period of their life abroad sheds some light on their family future and brings in a lot of bright moments and impressions. Yet with some drama, too.

Пилотный выпуск в честь 195-летия со Дня рождения Ф.М. Достоевского посвящен вояжу писателя и его супружницы Анна Григорьевны в немецкие земли в апреле 1867 года. Скандалы, интриги и расследования остались в прошлом, от долгов убежать не удастся в течение всей их жизни — однако пребывание за границей подарило молодоженам много радостей литературного творчества и милого семейного времяпрепровождения, не исключающего, впрочем, драматического накала страстей и ноток высокой трагедии.

При подготовке проекта были использованы документальные материалы из переписки Ф.М. Достоевского и книги-мемуаров А.Г. Достоевской «Ф.М. Достоевский. Солнце моей жизни».

All is fair in love and war! Sometimes, a complete immersion in the project requires from the designer a hide from the hectic office life of the agency. Meanwhile, we see this living sculpture as an embodiment of creative thinking and exceptional dedication.

So, as the day comes, he is overexcited, as the only contemporary art fair in Russia Ярмарка Cosmoscow 2016 opens its doors in a couple of hours! Our art department LLP Art can't wait to explore the fair, celebrate art and share the excitement with the colleagues, because we here in LL Partners. Jorse (see 2 posts below, if you've forgotten who we're talking about) is desperate and claims that these digital jokes are totally disruptive to the working process.

Please, meet Jorse - the all-time Employee of the Year at LL Partners since the company’s foundation. Charismatic and full of enthusiasm, Jorse supervises our office life, crisping apples and counting days till Friday! Today he claims, “Tuesday is not Friday, you’d better focus on WORK!”
