Approval should feel like the end of the project.

Sometimes it just means the second project is about to start.

Designing the identity is creative work.� Packaging the identity is production work.

Both matter. Very different mood.

If the handoff always feels heavier than expected, it is usually the delivery burden around the work, not the work itself.

That gap between approved identity and client-ready delivery deserves better systems.

Comment the part of packaging an identity you always underestimate.

Brand identity design for Know My Sheet 🤩!

Know My Sheet is the new kid on the block, specializing in Smartsheet training and consulting (because let's face it, we all need a little help sometimes 😅).

The goal is to create a brand identity that screams 'Hey, I'm fun and cool, but also super good at Smartsheet!' 🎉.

It was a blast creating this colorful and playful brand

Synflow is a shared online workspace.

The app helps people have more productive days and stay accountable with other users.

The idea was to make work feel more fun, collaborative, and less boring.

I love how this little squirrel turned out.

It feels simple, curious, and cute, which was exactly the feeling we wanted for the brand.

This was created for Trio Ed Tech, a solo business led by Noah, who was amazing to work with on this project.

Noah helps startups create engaging and scalable eLearning programs that support product adoption, retention, and continuous learning.

In the end, we created this curious squirrel mascot for her brand, and I’m still really happy with it.

This is still one of my favorite passion projects.

I had a lot of fun designing the S, especially with those scribbly lines.

It started as a simple identity exploration, but it ended up becoming the base for one of my best-selling products.

That’s the power of passion projects.

You own the idea, the direction, and the assets.

And later, you can turn them into anything.

A portfolio piece, a template, a font, a product, or a case study.

You decide.
