Role Summary
As the first point of contact at Perla Skin, you’ll create a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere for our clients. This role combines hospitality, organization, and exceptional service to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Warmly greet clients in person and via phone, embodying Perla Skin’s premium brand.
· Manage appointments efficiently using our booking system, avoiding scheduling conflicts.
· Provide detailed information on services, memberships, and products with professionalism.
· Maintain client records (confidentially) and handle administrative tasks.
· Act as a liaison between clients, beauticians, and management.
Requirements:
Essential:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Polished appearance with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational prowess and ability to multitask.
- Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office applications, email, booking/POS systems).
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a salon/spa/hotel front desk role.
- Knowledge of basic beauty services (facials).
