*Job Title: Data Management Manager*

*Project Overview*
Diva will support fieldwork by managing the Kobo Tool Kit data collection platform and ensuring real-time data quality. The role is critical for maintaining data integrity during the 1-month data collection period.
*Key Responsibilities*
*1. Kobo Tool Kit Platform Management*
- Set up, monitor, and manage the KoboToolbox data collection forms and server access
- Troubleshoot form deployment, syncing, and enumerator access issues in real-time
*2. During-Fieldwork Data Management & Preliminary Cleaning*
- *Duplicate detection and removal* across submissions
- *Skip logic and completeness checks* to ensure all required fields are captured correctly
- *Timestamp, GPS, and duration validation* to flag invalid, outlier, or fraudulent entries
- *Daily consistency and range checks* to verify responses are within expected values
*3. Quality Control*
- Conduct *supervisor back-checks and spot verifications* as per the agreed QC protocol
- Document all QC findings and corrective actions taken
*4. Reporting & Communication*
- Prepare and share *daily or periodic field progress reports*
- Provide *high-level data quality summaries* to the Analysis & Research Agency
- Flag urgent data quality issues within 24 hours
*Required Skills & Experience*
- *Must Have:* Proven experience managing KoboToolbox or ODK-based platforms
- *Data Cleaning:* Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets, or Stata/SPSS/Python for deduplication, range, and logic checks
- *Fieldwork QC:* Experience with back-checks, spot checks, and implementing QC protocols
- *Attention to Detail:* Strong ability to identify inconsistencies in large datasets quickly
- *Reporting:* Able to prepare concise daily/weekly summaries
- *Language:* English proficiency required. Arabic is an advantage.

- *Duration:* 1 Month, full-time during fieldwork period
- *Start Date:* ASAP
- *Deliverables:* Daily QC logs, cleaned dataset at project close, final data quality report
- *Reporting To:* Diva Project Lead / M&E Focal Point
