Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for supervision and management of staff, facilitating interdepartmental communication and allocating tasks and resources as needed to efficiently and effectively run program operations at the 3DS printing Centre. Manages the maintenance of the equipment, and facilities adhering to pertinent regulations. Responsible for information technology, telecommunications, and security for all programs at the company.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Directly related management expertise in engineering services, administration, human resources, and support services gained through either 3 years of equivalent-level work experience with comparable institution or completion of college-level business management certification. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associates degree required.

أخصائي في التسويق والمبيعات وذو علاقات عامة في مجال الدعاية والإعلان لرفع مستوى مبيعات الشركة من خلال التطوير والتسويق.
* مهام الوظيفة :-
- المشاركة في إعداد الخطط الاستراتيجية والشهرية
- وضع وتنفيذ الخطة التسويقية والأهداف الرئيسية والفرعية المتعلقة بإدارة التسويق
- تطوير وتسويق اسم الشركة.
- دراسة مستوى رضا العملاء عن منتجات وخدمات الشركة والمنافسين والعمل على تطوير هذه المنتجات والخدمات.
- دراسة مستمرة لمنتجات المنافسين محليا وخارجيا وكذلك استراتيجياتهم التسويقية.
- دراسة احتياجات العملاء الحالية والمستقبلية.
- المتابعة والاطلاع على كل جديد في مجال الدعاية والإعلان
- تنظيم برامج ترويجية واعلانية تساهم في زيادة حجم المبيعات.
- تنظيم المشاركة في المعارض المحلية بالتنسيق.
- بناء قاعدة بيانات شاملة حول الاسواق والعملاء والمنافسين.
- دراسة وفتح اسواق عمل جديدة للشركة والوصول الى شرائح جديدة من العملاء.
- اعداد الدراسات الخاصة بتحليل مبيعات الشركة واقتراح الطرق المناسبة لتحسين الاداء.
- المشاركة في دراسة ووضع سياسة التسعير مع تحليل النتائج دوريا وتأثيرها على المنافسين.
- اعداد التقارير الدورية عن سير العمل ورفعها لرئيسه المباشر.

* متطلبات إشغال الوظيفة:
المؤهلات العلمية:
- بكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال (يفضل) أو إثبات القدرة عن طريق المقابلة الشخصية .
الخبرات العملية:
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال تطوير الأعمال والتخطيط الإستراتيجي.

المهارات :-
* القدرات والمهارات المهنية:
اجادة إستخدام الانترنت وبرامج الحاسب الآلي.
