Sometimes “No” is exactly what you need to move forward.

After a couple of days of negotiations to close the final 5-10% equity deal in Sajtsmeden AB, the potential swedish investors backed out after delays and hesitation. We don’t wait around — we execute.

We’ve now decided to self-finance our three daughter companies and proceed with our expansion plan without external ownership. Our vision stays the same — build something great, sustainable, and profitable.

In the coming days, we will submit registration for:
1. BaseWPS (Tobacco-free snus brand)
2. Spark-Up (Eco-friendly laundry capsules)
3. Smedens Fastigheter (Real estate & rental business abroad)

No one will stop this machine from growing.

Idag blev det officiellt — Sajtsmeden AB har tagit in en ny delägare. Det amerikanska bolaget La Cima Ventures Inc. går in som partner och köper 5 % av Sajtsmeden AB i en affär värd 100 000 kr.
