Thyselius was hired by a record company to shoot live footage at a performance of Marchione’s band. They soon discovered they both had a lot in common, especially a fanatical interest in Pet Shop Boys merchandise and other pop cultural stuff. Both also worked with advertising and soon their paths crossed in this area as well. This led to the spontaneous idea of creating a brand for themselves, or
more of a label – to keep the music scene aura intact. The trade mark Thyselius & Marchione was soon a fact, with an ambition to offer clients a creative and professional approach, yet with a certain twist of nerdiness.
