WOW! TOKYO TODAY. TWO WINS. 🏆🏆
The news has just reached Gothenburg, and for a moment, Tokyo feels very close. At today’s idpa_design_award Japan International Design Pioneer Award ceremony, two Stylt Trampoli AB projects were honoured in the Hotel Space category:

Villa Äng
One project channels the rebellious spirit of Dada inside a former Zürich paper mill. The other grows from a historic Arctic meadow beside the Lule River in Harads Sweden.
Two different places. Two different stories. The same belief that great hospitality should be rooted in its surroundings, shaped around people and filled with meaning.

We’re very happy to welcome Anna Seitzberg and Grönberg to Stylt Trampoli AB
With many exciting hospitality projects ahead, we’re strengthening our team of interior architects with two talented people who each bring valuable experience, fresh perspectives and plenty of positive energy to the studio.

Anna is an architect who has spent much of her career working on large and complex hospitality projects around the world, with a particular focus on hotels and cruise ships. Having lived and worked abroad for many years, she brings an international perspective, a deep understanding of hospitality design and extensive experience leading complex projects.

Alexandra recently graduated as an architect and returns to Stylt after completing her internship with us a few years ago. We knew already then that she was a great fit for our studio, and we’re incredibly happy to welcome her back, this time as a permanent member of the team.

So glad to have you both with us.

First sneak peek!
Some places do not need a new story.
They need their existing story to be seen, strengthened and brought forward.
Together with the owners, we at Stylt Trampoli AB are now refining the concept of Hotel Svea Simrishamn , building on its heritage, character and long-standing role as a natural meeting place in Simrishamn Sweden.
At the heart of the work is a clear ambition: to strengthen Hotel Svea as a year-round meeting point for Österlen’s creative community, a place where artists, writers, cultural voices and curious visitors naturally come together.
Our role is to uncover what is already there and give it greater clarity, relevance and presence. A hotel rooted in history, shaped by culture and prepared to become an even stronger cultural epicentre for the region.
The story is taking form.
The identity is becoming clearer.
And there is much more to come.

Gold in New York!
Some places are designed. Others are imagined into existence.
We're incredibly proud to share that Villa Äng has been awarded Gold at the 2026 MUSE Awards in New York in the category Best Interior Design – Hotels & Resorts.
Villa Äng is the result of a shared belief that hospitality can be deeply rooted in a place, its stories, and its landscape. Together with the Lindvall family (creators of Treehotel AB and Arctic Bath) in Harads Sweden, we set out to create more than a luxury retreat. We wanted to create a home on a historic meadow by the river — a place where Arctic nature, botany, folklore, craftsmanship, and human connection come together.
From the first idea to the final detail, this project has been about celebrating the extraordinary hidden within the ordinary: a flower-filled meadow, the changing seasons, the northern light, and the timeless desire to gather, reflect, and belong.
We're grateful to our visionary clients, our talented collaborators, and the MUSE Design Awards jury for this recognition.
From a small meadow just south of the Arctic Circle to a stage in New York — thank you.

Tonight’s the night!
Out of more than 1,000 entries worldwide, our Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel project has been selected as one of only four finalists at the 21st Annual Hospitality Design Awards. What an incredible honor.
We’re especially proud to stand among such inspiring company in the Sustainability category, alongside visionary projects including Populus Seattle, InterContinental The Red Sea, and 1 Hotel Melbourne.
The winners will be announced tonight, May 5, during the HD Awards at Encore at Wynn in Las Vegas as part of HD Expo + Conference. Fingers crossed — and yes, the champagne is already on ice. 🥂

Stylt is looking for an Architect to lead high-profile international hospitality projects, working primarily with interior architecture to shape extraordinary environments.

This role is for someone who thinks conceptually, leads with intent, and enjoys taking projects from early vision to built reality. You balance creative ambition with precision, business awareness, and artistic vision, translating spatial ideas, materiality, and atmosphere into interior environments that support both guest experience and operations. You make confident design decisions and drive projects forward in close collaboration with clients and teams.

At Stylt, you’ll work in a dynamic and collaborative studio alongside colleagues, international clients, and partners. From concept through completion, you lead both the creative direction and ex*****on, and represent the studio in key client dialogues and industry contexts. We value creativity, personality, and a strong collaborative culture.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is a trained architect with senior-level experience in interior architecture and design
Brings a strong background in international hospitality projects
Has 15+ years of experience delivering high-level projects
Demonstrates strong creative confidence and artistic vision
Is structured, collaborative, and curious in their way of working
Is fluent in Autocad, Rhino 3D, Revit and Adobe
Leads both creatively and technically, from concept to delivery
