‼️This little fish just got hooked‼️- jumping from one small bowl to a bigger pond 🐠💛
When I (Hillevi) was asked in the spring to take on a long-term branding assignment for our client Nord-Lock Group I was not prepared to get hooked for real. But I did. (After all, they are the global leaders in bolting solutions 😂)
This means I have now stepped in as a full-time employee as Group Brand and Marketing Manager at Global HQ for Nord-Lock Group - located in the Latour Building, Gothenburg.
Hence, Small Agency will be less active and only work with selected projects on an ad hoc basis. Our network setup will ensure no existing projects are missed or overlooked. Incoming requests will be handled at a slower pace (and most often taken over by my team of network colleagues).
It has been ⭐️ 12 very successful years ⭐️ (and this year will also be a very good one!). But client growth and project success is not all. The biggest reason for this personal career leap is the ability to work more long-term and in bigger global teams - and finally having COLLEAGUES again ❤️.
The team / colleague part has been a missing piece of the pie since my move to Gothenburg in 2021. Remote teams can work just as smooth but unfortunately not have lunch together! Catherine Hailes, Olle Olsson - we three are still the core agency. Still small and loving it 🥳🙌
