One thing that often makes me run all-nighters is the fact that I apparently can't leave good enough alone.
I have been using PancakeApp for a few months now for my invoicing and time-management.
Its been working good, but not great; so in an attempt to simplify my daily admin and get things organized and working like I want it to, I am currently rewriting everything from scratch.
The app will when finished handle projects, time, invoicing, payment and contacts via HarvestApp's API, project detail management and project task management via Amazon Web-services and a two-way sync with Asana for a speedier task list.
This is all kept in sync on my main Business domain, biz.
Every part in the web of services ties together with one object that is synced real-time as changes occur.
Plans are made for an Oauth-server that can be combined with Biz but I need to make sure that I can implement the client on the other systems I use, most importantly ExpressionEngine and Laravel.
Current status: ~75%
This is one of the things I do at CodeDevotion, I will try to get better at showing of. :D
PS. Since front-end design isn't really my favorite cup of tea the design is based on Mars Admin by Osetin.
Converted the parts I needed to a Sass-based Foundation theme.
