With more than 32 years of experience in banking, investment, business development, and strategic advisory, Dr. Iyer brings extensive expertise in connecting businesses, investors, and impact-driven initiatives across global markets.

He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sandesha Global Ventures, where he leads strategic, financial, and transactional advisory initiatives focused on impact sectors including climate change, healthcare, education, public infrastructure, technology, and BFSI. His work supports companies in aligning their business strategies with sustainable development goals and connecting with impact investors worldwide.

Dr. Iyer also serves as:

Director – Investments, Global Council for the Promotion of International Trade (GCPIT)
Regional Director – India, Global Impact Startups Alliance (GISA)
Vice President, The Trans Asian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TACCI)

During his distinguished banking career, Dr. Iyer was instrumental in transforming an NRI portfolio from $110 million to $2.3 billion between 2010 and 2015, representing approximately 20-fold growth. He has also contributed to attracting more than $275 million in foreign direct investment for major infrastructure and field development projects.

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Dana Bliyeva as the newest member of the UNIPLAT Advisory Board.

Dr. Bliyeva is an experienced academic leader, corporate director, technology advocate, and angel investor with more than 30 years of cross-industry experience spanning research, higher education, business development, venture investment, and corporate governance.

Holding a PhD in Computer Science, a Master’s in Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to innovation and sustainable development. Her expertise includes Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, academic program development, entrepreneurship, foreign direct investment, corporate finance, and early-stage investments.

Throughout her career, Dr. Bliyeva has held senior academic roles at leading institutions, including Narxoz University, KBTU, and KIMEP. She has also contributed to corporate and NGO sectors through independent and advisory board roles, co-founded ventures, supported startup ecosystems, and helped attract more than $275 million in foreign direct investment for major infrastructure and field development projects. In recognition of her contribution to the venture ecosystem, she was named Best Angel Investor in 2022.

Her work and expertise closely align with several Sustainable Development Goals, particularly:

We are pleased to welcome SHIRUSHI Inc., a semiconductor manufacturer specializing in Web3.0 technologies, as a new Business Partner of UNIPLAT.

SHIRUSHI is developing innovative Web3.0 semiconductor technologies, including what it describes as the world’s smallest crypto mining machine.

As part of this partnership, UPT, UNIPLAT’s native crypto asset, is scheduled to become available for transactions through the SHIRUSHI Mining Wallet starting at the end of this month.

We are pleased to share that our Youth Lead Advisor, Md. Humayun Kabir, recently held a productive meeting with Mr. Alberto Giovanetti, Head of Political, Economic & Communication Affairs at the Embassy of Switzerland in Bangladesh.
