📸 A snapshot of professional development in practice.

One of the final stages of the SDCN Academy programme is the interview session with recruiters.

After several weeks of preparation, participants take part in interview conversations, receive direct feedback, and gain insight into recruitment processes and employer expectations.

It is a key part of the programme, combining skills development, labour market knowledge and direct employer engagement.

Participants also start building their professional networks through direct interaction with recruiters.

We are celebrating our latest SDCN Academy – Unlock Sweden group, and they absolutely deserved it!!!! 🎉

11 talents explored Swedish culture, navigated the local job market and finished with live interviews with real recruiters. We cannot wait to see what comes next for them here in Stockholm.

Time flies! Already in week 3, when our students had lectures by Lee Wermelin and Emilio Guzman about the Swedish labour market. They also visited Stockholm Business Region to listen to a talk by Alicia Parvin.
