Today marked the launch of “The Fifth Season”, a new collaboration between Paradisverkstaden and chef, entrepreneur and creator Gustav Ovland, . To celebrate, we hosted an intimate press event at Formex🤎

The morning was filled with inspiring conversations around preserving food, fermentation as a way to extend the seasons, and traditional throwing techniques – bringing together food, craft and creativity around the table.

The Fifth Season – From Harvest to Table

There is a season that doesn’t exist on the calendar. It begins when the harvest has been gathered, summer starts to retreat, and what has been grown takes on a new purpose. Now, Paradisverkstaden, together with chef, entrepreneur and creator Gustav Ovland, Gustav Ovland, presents a new ceramic collection for fermentation, storage and serving – created for the entire journey from soil and harvest to kitchen and table.

The collection will be unveiled for the first time at Formex, August 25–27. Meet Paradisverkstaden at stand A03:11.

Meet Malin Lindgren – the woman behind Bergslagernas Järnvaruaktiebolag ”Stikkan”🔥

After 25 years as a teacher, Malin Lindgren was ready for a new chapter. She was over 50, her children had grown up, and instead of slowing down, she did quite the opposite. She took over Bergslagernas Järnvaruaktiebolag with no previous experience of running a business, trading the world of education for workshops, cast iron and Swedish manufacturing.

Today, she runs the company from the countryside, with a workshop, warehouse and office where the forest meets the lake. Here, she carries on a Swedish industrial heritage while steadily building a brand for the future.
