I didn’t plan to take a pause, life just had other plans.

Projects paused, routines shifted, priorities changed.
And for a while, I tried to fight it. I thought I was falling behind.

But sometimes, life isn’t asking you to give up your goals.
It’s simply asking you to move at a different pace.

Learning to adjust doesn’t mean you’re losing momentum, it means you’re growing in awareness.

I’ve learned that progress doesn’t always look like movement.
Sometimes it looks like breathing, reassessing, and finding your rhythm again.
