25AH for Stockholm International Film Festival 2025

Every November, the Stockholm International Film Festival brings film lovers together — and each edition unveils a new visual identity. This year pays tribute to David Lynch, who was the honorary guest at the very first festival in 1990, when Wild at Heart opened the first edition. The identity draws on his world of repetition, rhythm, and dream logic — a hypnotic visual journey where images loop and transform.

Surrounded by the century-old trees on Djurgården lies — a historic site with roots dating back to the 1600s. Over the centuries, it has served as a destination for recreation and wellbeing. Today, Djurgårdsbrunn has been revived as a restaurant and café that thrives through all seasons, weekdays, and weekends — where Djurgården’s natural beauty and rich cultural heritage take center stage.

The visual identity merges the site’s timeless atmosphere with a modern, joyful expression. The logotype draws inspiration from the area’s historic signage, while the illustrations tell a story through lighthearted, playful motifs.
