IBTM has a floor. We have a home!

Time to register.
This year we only have 20 spots.

Our house is built for conversations that don’t happen on the show floor
- a home base in Barcelona where 20+ hosted buyers and our kind of people actually meet, slow down, and talk.

Our DMCs. Good conversations. The occasional thing that turns into real business.
Daytime: meetings, connections, opportunities. Evening: Barcelona does its thing, and so do we.
This is the part of IBTM worth signing up for.

The otheside of the horizon

We spent our last day moving through Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon— and it turned into one of those days you keep talking about on the flight home.

We started on foot in Sintra’s old town — cheese tarts, and shopping, and the kind of local history you only hear from someone who actually knows the place.

Then Land Rovers through the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, with stops at Penedo village and the cliffs at Fojo, breathtaking.

A private cellar tour followed, tasting Colares wines with José before lunch at Maré by the sea.

After lunch, a quick stop in Cascais for the best ice cream in the region at Santini. Then back to Lisbon — for a speedboat ride on the Tagus in the sunset arriving at the Monument to the Discoveries before walking straight into a welcome drink at the Altis Belém.

Roof top drink and then Farewell dinner at SUD Lisboa as the sun went down over the bridge.

The itinerary was good. But what made it was the space between — the conversations that happen when you take people somewhere genuinely worth experiencing.

But none of it happens without the right person behind it. A huge thank you to our partner in Portugal, Carmo at ecm— whose local knowledge, genuine passion , and care in every detail made this day what it was. She didn’t just plan a programme. She made our clients feel like locals from the moment they arrived.

A hughe thanks to Altis hotels
Marta Freitas for your hospitality

This was our last day, but we stayed on for some more insight and we will do a deep dive in to Four season the Ritz, Epic sana , Tivoli hotels Avenida liderdade and Macam - museum before we head home so stay tuned for much more inspiration from this magical City

Salt, Sweet & the Other Side Table.

Lisboa, a city that doesn’t really need our help to impress anyone.
We started slow — rooftop breakfast, coffee, views over the city. The kind of morning that makes you forget you’re working. Then tuk-tuks through the old streets, because some things you just have to feel, like we did at A Muralha, we didn’t just watch a Fado performance; we stepped behind the scenes for an intimate encounter with the soul of Lisbon. Tucked away with Manel and his team, we experienced a private Fado session that felt less like a show and more like a shared secret.

Lunch was tapas, sun, and Portuguese sharing food.

The afternoon got hands-on. A custard tart workshop where everyone became a chef. That’s the salt and the sweet right there.

And then the other side of the table. Dinner at Casa do Marques — their private tasting room, their world. Lobster rolls, handmade pasta, sea bream, passion fruit. The kind of meal that sticks long after.

We did not just scout locations; we hunt for moments like this and this was only our first day together with our partner in Portugal, Carmo Geraldes Barba at ECMeetings.

Thanks to Altis Hotels for hosting us.

Bumpy trails, Barrels & Beach. Our final day in Albania was the perfect mix of adrenaline, tradition, and a little bit of coastal luxury. If you’re looking for a destination that keeps you on your toes, this is it.
Here’s how we wrapped up an incredible journey:
• Bumpy Trails: We took to the hills in 4x4 jeeps, catching panoramic views of the Adriatic coast
• Barrels & Vineyards: A traditional Albanian lunch at a Winery. Nestled by an artificial lake, we paired exquisite local wines with even better views.
• Beach & Beats: We touched down at the our 5 star Resort in Lalzit Bay for our final stay. After sunset drink by the rooftop pool, we headed to our farewell dinner that naturally evolved into dancing late into the night.

From the ancient history of Durrës (founded back in 627 BC!) to the modern luxury of our hotels, this trip has been a masterclass in how to pack a schedule without losing the soul of the destination.

Albania, you’ve been a revelation. Now, it’s time to head home—exhausted, inspired, and with a suitcase probably a few kg heavier thanks to the Chocolate and gift from our partners own chocolate factory, perfect for Easter coming up. 🙏

Welcome to our Fam trip to Albania and our first day together

We call the first day,
Past, present and Future.

The Past:
Blloku district, once a restricted area for communist elites, the present, now buzzing with
trendy cafes and boutiques,

• The Present: The ”Tirana Kaleidoscope”—the explosion of bright, primary colors painted on those old buildings to change the city’s energy.
• The Future: Projects like the Skanderbeg Square

Skanderbeg, the national hero who kept ottomans away from invading West Europe.

We were greeted with a warm welcome by our host and new Albanian partner Alma and Kliton at Albania holidays and ended the first day with a high end dining at one of Tirana’s top restaurants.

Good morning from Albania! 🇦🇱

Our first FAM trip has already started in the most unforgettable way—with a delicious welcome lunch at led by a former chef from the world-famous Noma. The food, the atmosphere, and the company were simply amazing. Alma and Kliton, who welcomed us so warmly, already feel like friends.

Today we’re heading out on a tour in Tirana with our friends, who are excited to show us their charming courtyard and share a bit of local life. There’s such a special feeling here, and we can’t wait to welcome our guests tomorrow and show them this incredible destination.

Albania is already exceeding every expectation… and this is just the beginning!

Mediterranean Magic at Borgo Egnazia
If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to live inside a high-end Puglia dream, Borgo Egnazia is the answer. Built entirely out of local white tufo stone, this isn’t just a resort; it’s a masterfully crafted ”village” that captures the raw soul of Southern Italy.

Why It’s Special
• The Aesthetic: Imagine sun-drenched courtyards, flickering candles, and baskets of fresh lemons against limestone walls. It’s rustic, yet impossibly chic.
• The Food: From breakfast spreads of local focaccia barese to Michelin-starred dining at Due Camini, every meal is a love letter to the region.
• The Vibe: It strikes that rare balance of being a sophisticated hub for high-level strategy while remaining an authentic sanctuary for post-conference networking. It’s where ”corporate retreat” transforms into a truly immersive cultural experience.

Don’t miss
Cycling through ancient olive groves—some trees are over 1,000 years old!—if there is any free time head to the Vair Spa for a treatment rooted in Apulian tradition.

This was a perfect ending of our Puglia visit.

Thank you and at Bene for constantly discovering the best unique spots for us.

And a Huge thanks to and her lovely staff for making our stay so special. The hospitality at is truly in a league of its own. We’re leaving with full hearts
