JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales Manager:
As a Sales Manager your responsibility includes building and leading a team of salespeople to help drive revenue. You will have to motivate your teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
Sales Agent:
As a Sales Agent you will be responsible for selling products and services as well as meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential customers. You will also have to ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase. In addition, you will have to identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. You will have to contact potential clients, make sales presentations, and maintain client accounts. Sometimes you are a representative who advises your client in a certain area of expertise.
