You know what sucks? When, you find yourself being drowned in tickets due to lack of reminders. Yes, Reminders! Or, when you can't remind your colleagues enough. Or, when all tickets are always due. 😫

No interaction between the customers and software? Customers cannot have access to manuals or installation instructions? These deficiencies can cause a lot of frustration daily 😖!

Introducing new users in an easy way should not be such a pain, right😓? In-app support makes it easy for users to authenticate themselves and then get acess to a whole new world of solid support and manuals/ articles right inside the app😎. Basically, everything they need, is just a login away💪.
