🌟 Plug and Play APAC at Digital Government Forum 2025

We are delighted to share that we were on the ground in Phnom Penh to support Plug and Play APAC at their dedicated booth for the Digital Government Forum 2025! This crucial regional event brought together government bodies, tech leaders, and industry partners to discuss the future of digital transformation.

Our scope was focused on ensuring Plug and Play APAC's presence was impactful, including booth design and setup, vendor liaison, and on-ground oversight. We also provided show management support for the networking dinner. Our team flew in from Singapore to manage the event on-site, ensuring smooth coordination across the exhibition and program segments.

It was incredibly fulfilling to support Plug and Play APAC as they connected with leaders and witnessed three days of meaningful conversations, innovation showcases, and regional collaboration.

This successful event marks the conclusion of our 2025 calendar! 🥂

We were honoured to support Alibaba Cloud in bringing the SME AI Growth Day 2025 to life — an event that gathered SMEs, tech partners, and industry leaders to explore practical applications of AI in today’s business landscape.

Our scope covered event planning, exhibitor management, venue management, and conference operations, ensuring every touchpoint — from setup to showflow — ran smoothly. What made this project especially memorable was the tight turnaround: our team delivered the full planning and ex*****on in less than one month.

A special shoutout to our partner, Felicia Norfor, for helming the event while part of the team was overseas — truly a key factor in making everything come together.

⭐ BOBST Korea VIP Demo Day

Just two weeks after our event in Hwaseong, the team once again flew to Busan to support a three-day VIP Demo Day, welcoming both domestic and international guests for an exclusive showcase with BOBST Korea.

Our role covered full event planning — from coordinating the program and managing stakeholders, to handling hotel arrangements and transport logistics for all attendees. Being on-site for all three days ensured everything ran smoothly and guests enjoyed a seamless experience from start to finish.

Once again, we're thankful for partners (shoutout to our Korean partner, Suji) and our clients who trust us with their events.

🌟 BOBST Customer Site Open House and Video Shoot

We had the opportunity to support a customer site open house featuring an impressive BOBST machine showcase.

Our role covered end-to-end event planning — from coordinating closely with our overseas partners, managing logistics across borders, to travelling on-site to manage the event. Being on the ground allowed us to ensure a smooth experience for the client and their guests, and it was incredibly rewarding to see everything come together seamlessly.

A long overdue post, but one worth sharing! The Plug and Play APAC Summit V12.0 wrapped up successfully, and we couldn’t be happier to have been part of it once again. 💯

As event managers, we worked closely with the organisers, partners, and vendors to make sure everything came together seamlessly — from planning the floor layout and coordinating on-site operations to calling the show and ensuring each program segment ran smoothly.

It’s always fulfilling to see all the preparation come to life, and to witness the energy, ideas, and connections that happen throughout the summit.

🌟 Vietnam Phở Festival 2025

At Belleo, we believe in creating impactful and collaborative events with our clients, vendors, and partners. As an event agency, we know that behind every great event lies a dedicated team that makes the experience truly happen.

The recent Vietnam Phở Festival 2025 was a vibrant celebration of Vietnamese cuisine and culture, and we’re immensely proud to have been part of bringing it to life.

This project began in April 2025 when we first met with the (then potential) clients to understand their goals, walk them through two possible venues, and share key considerations for holding an event in Singapore, especially since it was their first time organising one here. After weeks (and months) of discussions and refinements, the project was given the green light and what an experience it turned out to be!

We had just three months to pull together a large-scale event, balancing diverse needs while ensuring every stakeholder was well-supported. Managing the licensing and space planning for the food segment alone was a project in itself.

Our team worked closely with event partners, including Felicia Norfor, who supported us with project management and operations to meet tight timelines and deliver an exceptional event. Together, we ensured that every chef could serve and share their dishes within a unified space while meeting all licensing and safety requirements.

From site recces and setup logistics to coordinating approvals and last-minute adjustments, this was a true test of teamwork and precision. The result? A bustling festival where the food sold out daily and countless happy faces filled the grounds — the best sign of success we could ask for.

A huge thank-you to all our partners who worked tirelessly and supported the onsite team to make this possible. The Vietnam Phở Festival 2025 reminded us that with collaboration, creativity, and commitment, even the most complex projects can run smoothly and bring communities together.

The event kicked off on polling day, and despite the added buzz across the nation, car enthusiasts still showed up for this bi-annual event organised by SPH Media.

As the Appointed Event Manager, Belleo managed it all—liaising with organisers and vendors, coordinating exhibitors, and rolling out creative adaptations that made the event experience seamless and engaging.

Though there were a few bumps along the way, our team pulled through and wrapped up a smooth and successful weekend!

In conjunction with World Cancer Day, this meaningful festival brought communities together for a cause close to our hearts by the Singapore Cancer Society. As Event Managers, we ensured a seamless experience—coordinating with the organisers and booth partners, designing the floorplan, and managing every detail, rain or shine! ☀️🌧️

A special highlight was bringing in the Mammobus, providing free breast cancer screenings at the event ground, reinforcing the importance of early detection. We were also honoured to have Senior Minister of State Tan Kiat How grace the event as our Guest of Honour.

The Belleo team is honoured to be part of this meaningful cause 💙 and thankful for the trust given to us to manage this event.
