Some reasons why a franchise model fail, and to take note of.

First, do not fully understand how to build the foundation. Startups who always want to be fast, do business quickly, bring money back quickly. Sometimes they do not care about how to support their partners.

Second, because you do not understand deeply about franchising and you do not have a close management with your partners, total no regards to business, employees or the financial situation. Even the franchisor has never come to see it once.

Third, people are thinking too simply about franchising, thinking that this is a way to make money fast . Franchising, if used correctly, is good brand building. Using the money of society to build a chain, from there the brand value will increase very quickly. We must understand that: the ultimate benefit lies in brand value, not in how much money it makes from its partners. It is this misunderstanding that keeps you from focusing properly on building chain sustainability.

Finally, another misconception 'franchisors have to take responsibility for everything, franchisors only need to spend money' . In fact, this is a responsible partnership between the two sides.

In summary, franchisors must focus on branding, building models, and governance platforms. Meanwhile, franchisors have to focus on operations management, day-to-day personnel and find ways to develop business for their own branches. Each party has an equal level of responsibility, and if anyone does not do it right, it will lead to risks and conflicts.
