The Myst sells 27% of units at an average of $2,057PSF over its weekend launch. Units are priced from S$998,000 for a 1 Bedroom + Study unit from 517sqft.
Realistically speaking, The Myst did see a lower take-up compared to Lentor Hills Residences which launched over the same weekend, and its other competitor, The Reserve Residences, which saw over 70% take-up rate at launch.
However, this could just be a temporary setback for The Myst. The Myst remains strong in its advantages such as being located next to Beauty World MRT station and being a part of the Beauty World Integrated transport hub. Such rejuvenation would help with future price support of the development.
The Myst is also located in close proximity to nature and good primary schools as well as Cashew MRT station, therefore, remaining attractive amidst competition.
