[Expansion of Geylang Serai Hari Raya Bazaar]

The response of the community towards the Geylang Serai Hari Raya Shopping Experience (GSHRSE) thus far has been very positive. It is indeed heart-warming to see so many people enjoying the lively atmosphere at the Geylang Serai precinct.

In view of the relaxed SMMs, there is now an opportunity to optimise this space and improve the connectivity within the Geylang Serai precinct with more stalls to offer greater variety of food as well as a wide choice of festive essentials.

Hence, it is my pleasure to share that there will be an expansion of the GSHRSE. More stalls are going to be opened along the stretch between Wisma Geylang Serai and Tanjong Katong Complex.

I hope this expansion will bring the community even more festive cheer during this special month of Ramadan.
