As we close in 2022, now is a perfect time to start planning 2023.

How will you ensure you create more ๐’๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐†๐ซ๐จ๐ฐ๐ญ๐ก than this year?

Here's what I will do every year, just that this year is both for my clients and me.

1. Set clear goals & KPIs.
Re-establish your profit margins and what KPIs you need to hit to grow and be profitable.

Look into 2022, what did you achieve in each quarter, and how much you want to grow in 2023.

2. Plan your Marketing channels.
If you want to grow by X % in 2023, you won't get there doing more of the same.

What Marketing channels will you adapt and scale on to ensure you secure growth next year?

3. Establish bestsellers and the most successful Marketing channel.
Plan to utilise these even more in 2023.

4. Put things in place ๐ง๐จ๐ฐ.
I'm meeting brands now to secure January's start so they are ready to go and have a clear plan of what their Marketing structure could look like.

Believe it or not, this is the #1 mistake I see with business owners who wants to run their Facebook ad campaigns on their own.

They get the ads running, so amped to make all this money and then when they don't see results within the first week they shut off the ads and make claims like...

"Facebook ads don't work"

"No one is on Facebook anymore."
